Lessons at Pinkman Academy are classified into “Pinkman” and “Academy” categories based on the needs of the student and the experience and education of the instructor. Read more about the differences in our Instruction section.
Except where noted (generally for pitching), all instructors work with both baseball and softball athletes.

Jeff Pinkman

- Founding instructor of Pinkman Academy
- Former Division I pitcher
- Degree in Exercise & Sports Science, Minor in Coaching, Area of Concentration: Physical Education
- Alma Mater: University of Delaware
Jordan Foster, NASM-CPT & CNC
Specialties: Hitting, Softball Pitching
- Joined Pinkman Academy in 2016
- Former assistant coach at Marymount University, former head Varsity softball coach at Herndon High School, former commissioner of Herndon Reston Youth Softball
- OnBaseU pitching and hitting certified, NFCA-endorsed softball pitching coach
- NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach
